Minimum computer specifications

We are often asked what computer specifications are needed for today's home or work computers. So, we have decided to put it down in short form for everyone's information:

Minimum suggested Computer Specs as of 7/1/2025:

Min. computer specs needed:

Windows 11, 64-bit - Home or Pro version)

Intel Core I5, 14th generation or higher (i.e. Intel Core I7, 14th generation)
Or Intel Core Ultra 7 or higher (i.e. Intel Core Ultra 9)

16 GB or more

We HIGHLY recommended a Solid-State Drive (SSD) (as it has NO moving parts - this makes it faster and more durable than a "regular hard drive"). The size of the hard drive depends on your data needs, but typically a 500GB SSD hard drive is big enough.
