VIP Computer Service Contracts
Summary:
We have over time earned a reputation for taking very good care of our client's technology needs. We are also well known for our extreme respect for our client’s privacy in all regards. This has given us the chance to serve some respected business and private clients in our neighborhood, county, state and country.
Our VIP support contracts are as reasonably priced as our regular service fees are. The main difference is that our VIP contracts are paid up to a year in advance with a minimum of 60 hours included in the contract. In exchange VIP clients will have access to the following VIP services:
- VIP support priority
- VIP dedicated support technician
- VIP personal dedicated phone extension number with Chatham PC (this extension will bypass the normal phone system and ring directly to all preferred VIP contacts within Chatham PC)
- VIP special hourly rates
- Optional remote support for smart phones, tablets and other supported smart devices
- Optional Saturday and Sunday support from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Optional 24x7 support
All VIP contracts are quoted from case to case and customized to suit the individual person or business.
